About tracking: automatic WhatsApp/email open-tracking needs a backend server — not possible in a static page. Use "mark as viewed" once the customer confirms.
Reminders
This shows a pop-up on your phone/laptop when a follow-up is due, but only while this page is open in your browser — it can't wake up your phone if the browser or tab is fully closed. WhatsApp/email digests need you to tap the buttons on the Tasks page since there's no backend server sending them automatically.
Lead statuses
Deleting a status won't change leads already using it — they'll just show a plain tag.

You still need to create their login separately in the Firebase console (Authentication → Users → Add user) with the same email. Once they log in here with that email, they'll automatically get the role you set above.
